Our Story
Music with the World began over three years ago at Rey Records, where we first gathered to record live sessions every Friday. It was during these sessions that the idea for this musical movement was born—a movement driven by the desire to offer artists a professional platform to showcase their music.
Then the project evolved into Live Music Sessions to record and promote local talent globally. What started as a simple gathering has now evolved into something much bigger. We treat every session with the same importance and care as a song or album release, capturing the raw, authentic energy of the artist in high-quality recordings.
2024 - Preset
In 2024, Music with the World kicked off its journey, recording live sessions in Melbourne at iconic venues like Kaotik, The Emerson, City Views, Roots, and other creative spaces. These locations provided the perfect environment for top-quality production, making each session a standout success. Just eight days later, we took the experience to Sydney, expanding our reach and recording even more incredible artists.
This year marked the beginning of something special, with Music with the World hosting key sessions featuring artists such as rapper Cejaz Negraz, Australian singer Amelia, DJ Tainy Loops, and the Latin techno collective Sunny Fun. These early sessions laid the foundation for the movement we continue to build today.
As we move forward, 2025 serves as the starting point for everything that’s to come. The journey has only just begun, but our mission remains clear: to empower creatives, push boundaries, and create live music experiences that resonate with both artists and audiences. We’re excited to continue building, collaborating, and growing, knowing that this year has set the stage for something even bigger in the future.
